Health Payment Advocates (HPA) is a medical billing advocacy company dedicated to resolving the problems and confusion surrounding the “patient portion” of medical bills by negotiating on the member’s behalf to either reduce the member’s out-of-pocket responsibility or establish a payment plan based on the member’s financial situation.
Our advocates are experts in the fields of health insurance, medical billing, and negotiations. We have existing relationships with thousands of medical providers across the country and can access those relationships on behalf of your members. We will review the medical bill and related insurance considerations to ensure that the “patient portion” is accurate and appropriate.
